Most of us have our own ways to deal with our disabilities. Arthritis and many diseases attack so many of us in so many spots that no set of rules fits everybody. But, it is well for us to share our helpful techniques.
My list of ideas came from the rheumatologist who saw me every three months. Others I have gathered from reading and from my own experience.
